"This was our second time and just like the first, we had an amazing time. Jimmy and his family are so nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. We came to spend quality time as a family. We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. We didn't catch any fish but the memories made here are so worth it! Thank you so much Zimmerman family and we'll see you next time!"

"What a great stay. Weather was awesome during our time there. Property manager was great and had 2 beautiful labs extremely friendly and well behaved. Place was perfect for 2 people. Well maintained and very cozy and peaceful. Fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing I think should be addressed would be the futon bed and mattress. Not too comfortable and a little difficult to slide back in. Other than that, I would give it a 10 rating "

"This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for us. Clean, beautiful, and thoughtful touches from the host throughout the cabin made it extra special. The land is beautiful, surrounded by trees and so many peaceful places to relax and enjoy a little escape from the norm. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! "

"The property was as listed and very clean. It had everything you would need for small meals and a relaxing weekend. The Murphy style bed also doubles as the couch, bring extra pillows or blankets to help prop you up to enjoy the TV."

"We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements.
