"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. The area around the hotel and the whole town is quiet and safe. "The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"great space great location, but the kitchen was poorly equipped and the dish washer was not fitted properly, it had a French rustic feel but did not flow as the cupboards in the kitchen were not great and the other cupboards were spread out.The one on suit was cramped and sleeping in the down stairs rooms meant going through the converted garage to the toilet or going up stairs. the house and gardens where spacious and value for money"
