"Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. "The hotel was beautiful! The staff, especially Brian at the front door and Sinead at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Massage, biking, and restaurants were good. Only issues were with the pool and jacuzzi area. Found used bandaids on the side of the pool. Around the jacuzzi it was slightly flooded with standing water that flowed into the sauna. Needed to be drained and cleaned better. Otherwise wonderful hotel."

We met with the manager Lucas the following morning who was extremely concerned and apologetic. In a matter of minutes he made us feel comfortable and handled the situation well.
