"First time in Innsbrook....very nice area and the home is in a perfect spot nestled in the woods, nice and quiet but close enough to Warrenton to get what you need for supplies..."

"The property location fit our needs. We needed a nice open area that wasn’t too steep with endless steps to the lake for elderly parents. The outside and inside of the house was very clean and pristine. We enjoyed the deck and just gathering around the fire pit. The lake is small and a bit shallow however we still caught some fish. We would suggest an umbrella for the deck to offer shade so guests can enjoy the deck into the evening as the sun hits hard there. We also needed to use the laundry,...

"We had 5 ladies stay for our annual Christmas weekend getaway. We had a fabulous time. The beds were amazing and super comfortable. The hot tub was large and just what we all needed after a cold hike. We will stay here again. "

We had one of the guests in the car to show them the rental but the gate wouldn’t allow them in because they weren’t on a list even though we could vouch for them"

"My husband and I needed a nice getaway by ourselves. I also love to kayak. It was perfect for us. Two things tho..the hot tub was not servicable. No chlorine and sides were dirty and the bbq grill would not work. The outside deck,beautifil cabin and the atmosphere was very nice."
