"This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
