"I was nervous about booking this hotel based on the reviews but it far surpassed our expectations. All staff were very helpful, 24 hour reception, extensive free breakfast, lift, clean bedding and room, a safe and hair dryer in the room, very close to transport restaurants and supermarkets. Only minor downside is no kettle in the room. I would recommend this hotel to any and would definitely stay here again if I was in the city."

The view of the cathedral is amazing as soon as you step outside - convenient for public transport links, a 30 minute train journey to the main airport and walking distance to local shops, restaurants and museums. The room was lovely and the staff are friendly, so helpful and incredible customer service throughout the hotel.
