"Wonderful place to stay, great location. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and tidy unit. Had everything you need to cook your own meals. Comfortable seating outside. Helpful staff. Awesome for cycling in the achterhoek. Definitely recommended."

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"Heerlijk plekje in de Achterhoek! Grote tuin, lekkere hottub, fijne sauna en vooral veel privacy. Lekker om even bij te komen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! De living is echter wel klein als je er met meer dan 4 personen zou verblijven. Handig om vooraf te weten, is dat er een boiler is. Dit kan lastig zijn als je met meer dan 2 personen bent. De zoon van de eigenaren was erg vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam."

"We were looking to book a home in New Hampshire that was driving distance to the Ice Castles. This was 2 families. So the layout was perfect with essentially 2 master bedrooms. The 3 teenage girls slept in the loft with plenty of room. This home is beautiful! The house is very well stocked with everything you need. "A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely."

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "
