"My door to my room did not lock at all when I told the front desk the man just said “we will have to look at it tomorrow” didn’t feel safe at all! Also there was stains on bed along with staples on the floor it definitely needed swept I won’t be back! "

Amazing in every way

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so friendly and courteous, the breakfast was yummy, and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely be visiting again. Also the night reception was so nice and the location is great to walk around downtown Columbus."
