Good location and free parking
We booked this accommodation due to its locality and the fact it benefitted from free parking. The rooms was clean, well presented and the host very communicative from the start so arrival was smooth. It is shared bathroom facilities but to be honest, this wasn’t a problem and it worked out well. For the price it’s a definite positive and just in location alone, one to consider in the future

It was not as clean as we would have liked, especially the bathroom and the fridge. Kitchen is poorly equipped. Not very welcoming looking from the outside , it’s In the back of the main house, looking out onto a wall. But location is good.

Perfect suite
This suite was located in a really nice area pretty close to downtown. Shops and restaurants are located in walking distance. Host was very helpful and available when ever we needed assistance. The suit itself was very clean and newly renovated. Wifi connection was good and tv came with so many different channels. At last we were abale to park our rented car in the street with out any problems for a week. Finally we had a great experience and definitely recommend Smaragata Rooms.

Loud noise at night will wake you up
This is not a hotel. It's a residence with basement rooms. There are 4 modern looking rooms with thoughtful designs. Its clean with modern finish. The only problem is the noise. Since these are basement rooms, you can hear the footstep and occassional bang from the upstair house. Also the doors have heavy lock noise that will wake you up anytime like 2am or 4am in the morning so there goes your sleep. Unless the owner fix these noise problems, I dont recommend booking to this B&B.

I love the location of this property- only a few blocks from the central bus terminal, so it was very convenient to get to bus tours. Only 10 min walk to the center of the city with a great variety of restaurants, attractions and shops.

Cute and convenient
Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. Have to share the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with the other guests, but can't complain considering the price and 0.2-mile distance to the BSI station. The owners also agreed to store our stuff for free for a few days while we hiked, which was really nice! Would have really liked for the clothes dryer to work, though.

좋은듯 아닌듯
일단 예약한 위치의 스마라카타 룸이 아닌 sólvallagata 48 이건물 1층을 받았음. 이유는 자세히못듣고 원래예약했던 방에 문제가 생겼다고만 했음. 방이 바뀌면서 버스터미널에서 멀어졌고, 나는 실제로는 sólvallagata 48 이동네가 안전한지 혹은 위험한 동네인지 몰르지만 , 지내는 동안 밤에 무서웠음. 방이 방음이 안되서 윗방? 진동소리가 계속들림 화장실 샤워기 물에서 계속 냄새가 남. 좋은점은 방이 멀어지면서 터미널로 픽업예약했던 모든 시간에 맞춰 주인이 픽업과 드롭을 해주었음. 새벽4:30에도 버스터미널에 떨궈주고 밤 9시에도 데릴러와서 숙소에 데려다주었음. 또 엄청 친절하심. 친절한거 없었으면 정말 힘들었을듯

good and quite located accommodation
We stayed 5 days for honeymoon. It located near by BSI which is Bus Station. So, It is easy to book day tour and use wifi. Also It has kitchen supplies. thus, we could make meal midnight. It was good :)
