Pros: Staff are wonderful, very convenient for a layover, lovely rooms and quiet for an airport hotel. Cons: Food was basic, blackout curtains missing and outside lighting lit up the room. Telephone did not work.

Hotel was perfectly fine, not fancy but clean and functional. It’s very close to the airport, which is great for a late or early flight. But our room has bright colorful lights shining into it all night so we slept very poorly.

The kindness of the staff, the convenience of proximity to the airport and car rental offices, and the perfectly adequate facilities provided at this hotel are what makes it a great choice. Breakfast was great, including both hot and cold items. The dinner menu was a relatively small but perfectly adequate choice. The food was good quality and a decent portion size. Rooms have comfortable beds, are clean, have good WiFi and kettle with complimentary tea & coffee. Bathroom is basic but adequate with plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Bath towels need to be bigger and the addition of a shower mat to step onto when leaving the shower would be good. We had a flight cancellation and could no longer use one of the nights we’d booed at the hotel. After our explanation the hotel were amazing enough to refund our non-refundable room. Fantastic customer service that was much appreciated. Fully recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located across the parking lot from the airport making an easy place to stay the night before an early departure. Our first room the window whistled loudly with the wind blowing, but when we asked we were able to switch to another room that did not have that issue. The breakfast buffet opens early which is nice for early departures.

I was hesitant to book because of the price premium. In the end, we enjoyed the stay, the staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us microwave some food. The room was clean and big enough. Of course the close walk to the airport was the greatest convenience
