NEW FOR 2022, this contemporary holiday house is perfect for a seaside holiday in the heart of Southwold with parking for two cars, a sunny courtyard garden, a ground floor bedroom with chic shower room (ideal for guests with a mobility issue), and Swifts welcomes one small/medium sized dog.

The open plan layout on the ground floor is a sociable space for quality time with friends and family at any time of the year with double doors from the kitchen/dining room maximising indoor/outdoor living

GROUND FLOOR
You're welcomed into the hall with the living room to your left, leading through an opening (making it more sociable) to the kitchen/dining room, and the stairs ahead of you. The bedroom and shower room are both off the hall beside the kitchen/dining room.
LIVING ROOM
The comfortable room has a couple of three seater sofas and a chair with occasional tables positioned so you can watch the wall mounted TV and/or enjoy the modern glass electric fire.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
The kitchen's is well equipped with two waist height ovens, induction hob, a microwave, slimline dishwasher, three shelf fridge and three drawer freezer beneath, kettle and toaster (no coffee machine but there is a cafetiere). There's also a washing machine in a cupboard and an airer for clothes drying.
A counter divides the kitchen from the dining area which is furnished with a sturdy table and six chairs. Double doors open to the courtyard.
SHOWER ROOM
Conveniently next to the bedroom and for guests to use during the day. There's a large shower cubicle with hand held shower as well as the rain shower, a WC, wash basin and heated towel rail (towels provided), and the luxury of under floor heating.
BEDROOM ONE
Tastefully furnished with a king size bed sitting opposite the window between bedside tables. There's storage in a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor landing where the owners have put a bean bag, wall mounted TV and flip down desk so kids can have their own space.
BEDROOM TWO
Please be sure to let us know when you book if you want the bed made up as a king or two 2.6ft beds (narrower than the standard 3ft). There's storage in a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM THREE
Also at the front of the house with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and pretty ornamental fireplace.
BATHROOM
This stylish bathroom with under floor heating has a hand shower over the bath, WC, wash basin, natural light and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
Swifts sits on a relatively quiet road near the heart of town and there's parking for one car on the drive at the side of the house with space for a 2nd car on the drop curb. A picket fence and gate separates the drive from the pavement with a higher fence making the courtyard fully enclosed and a bit of a sun trap, with a table, reclining chairs and a charcoal BBQ encouraging you to make the most of it (may be a good idea to bring a bag of charcoal with you).

There is a travel cot and high chair for your use, please request at the time of booking.
Whilst dogs are welcome they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture.
