people and is situated in a superb position in Southwold just minutes from the beach. This brand new build has panoramic views of the marshes and harbour on the river Blyth to the rear and sea views to the front.
Perfect for taking early morning coffee and looking out on the dunes from the top floor balcony and then having evening drinks on the patio to watch the most tremendous sunsets over the fields behind.

The interior is modern and light marrying contemporary design with comfort and all amenities offering luxurious flexible and versatile accommodation.

Loved pur stay - the location was perfect, just acriss the dunes to the beach. The property is bright and open with a really comfortable sofa and bed. All very relaxing

We enjoyed staying at The Hutch, it was clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area where our pup chased his ball. The owners of the property made it very easy to access and provided everything one could need for a stay away from home. The outdoor decking was super slippery in wet weather, be warned! Southwold itself was lovely and relaxed. Would like to visit again in better weather.

Lovely spacious property ideal for 4 adults. Really clean, big garden to enjoy outside with BBQ. Really well equipped, home from home! Just a couple of mins across the dunes to the sea for a morning dip. Definitely recommend 👌

A lovely property
This is an amazing property in a lovely setting with a short walk over the sand dunes to a beautiful sandy beach and a breathtaking view of wetlands from both the sitting area and main bedroom. The one disappointing thing was the size of the en-suite shower room. It is tiny!

The house had lots of cobwebs and was unclean in many places and half of the house kept fusing. The location was great and the information provided before we went was useful and accurate. The Town and beach are excellent

Beautiful and relaxing location, lovely house
This properly is in an amazing spot. We spent hours in the living room looking out over the Marshes, and left the bedroom window open at night so we could hear the sea, which is just a stones through away. It’s also a very short walk to the town and the Harbour - which has loads of great eating options / things to do. The property is very comfortable and convenient, the enclosed garden was ideal for our little pooch. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to go back later this year!

Great position and lovely views.
Excellent property with lovely views at the front over the dunes to the sea and at the back over the marshlands from the balconies and the decking area. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The beach just across the road is lovely and sandy. House is great , with all necessary amenities and is exactly as described . 10 minute walk into Southwold town or 15 minute walk in other direction to Southwold harbour. Lots of lovely places to eat ; spoilt for choice. Highly recommend staying here.

Autumn in Southwold
The property is in a great location. Away from the town but in close walking distance. It is peaceful with the beach a few minutes walk away. The Hutch had everything we needed and was warm and welcoming. Views great in both directions and it was warm enough to still sit outside in the sun. Will definitely be back.

A great place which we would happily return to
A sand dune away from the sea at the front (you can hear it but not see it) and magnificent unbroken views across the marshlands at the back. The accommodation is well equipped and in good condition and we had a really lovely and relaxing stay. Main plus points: Location Very quiet Private parking spot Great tv Excellent WIFI Well equipped kitchen Great shower Minor niggles: Some things hadn’t been properly checked before we arrived and so weren’t working properly (blinds, bulb in lamp, batteries in thermostat). There is no separate door to the upstairs open-plan bedroom meaning light and sound carry easily between the floors. There was a little more traffic on the lane than we expected and some of it is fast and noisy. But overall, we really liked the accommodation and would stay again.
