Rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 cloakroom, sitting room, kitchen/dining area. Beds: 1 king. General: Gas heating. Luxuries: Wi-Fi, character features including ceiling beams. Utilities: Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine. Standard: Microwave, toaster, kettle. Other: Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use. Please note that some rooms adjoin the neighbouring property so there may occasionally be some transfer of noise when both properties are occupied. Spacious and Well Located
The property is located right in the centre of Southwold and is extremely convenient for access to local shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. It is very spacious and comes with a garage for parking your car to protect it from the sea air. The garage might be a little awkward to manoeuvre a larger car into however.

Nicely decorated cottage in good position. Shame about the noisy neighbors right above the lounge
The configuration of the cottage is most unfortunate with parts of the next door cottage actually sitting above the lounge area and abutting the bedroom , we had to vacate early due to the level of noise above us and coming through the bedroom wall. Considering the high price for this property we basically wasted our money.
