Alexandra Place 3 bedroom self catering holiday let for parties up to 5

Built in 2012, 3 Alexandra Place is a spacious simply decorated holiday cottage for parties of all ages in the popular village of Walberswick. The house is located on a shared drive with one other property and has an enclosed garden.
Amenities at the house include: Smart TV, free wifi, woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer ground floor cloak room. Two of the 3 bedrooms can be set up as either double or twin rooms with the 3rd room as a single. A travel cot and high chair is also available on request. All bedding is provided apart from that for the cot. We ask guests to bring their own bath towels.
Please note our normal change over day is a Saturday and arrival time is no earlier than 4pm and departure time is no later than 9am. If you require something different please let us know. Have a look at our webpage for more information and the best rates.

Large comfortable house
Lovely house in a great location. The photos don't do the house justice! The large kitchen/diner is a great space & there is also a very comfortable living room. The main bedroom is spacious with a very large, comfortable bed. The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Southwold & the coast. The Bell Inn is a short walk away, which is a nice, welcoming pub. Can definitely recommend this place, as you will be guaranteed a lovely stay.

Excellent accommodation
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was very clean and very warm. We had no need to use the log burner. Very well stocked kitchen if the need to cook is necessary. Two lovely pubs in the area but unfortunately could only book to eat out on one of our 3 nights and they were booked till end of October so if you fancy eating out, would be best to book in advance of your stay. Lovely little village and not to far from Southwold. We used the little boat (ferry!!) once to get there and then walked into the town. Same again if you want to eat out best to book in advance. The Sole Bay pub near the Lighthouse is a walk in pub and had tables when we arrived. Also had a lovely meal. Would definitely use this property again if wising to stay in the area. Was lovely and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful few days in Walberswick. The house was just what we needed - well equipped, clean and spacious. The location was great too - a stone's throw from The Anchor pub as well as a great little deli. Our daughter especially enjoyed the ice cream from the shop on the green! The owners were very helpful before our stay and even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Excellent location and facilities.
Apart from an unfortunate breakdown in communications which meant the house wasn't cleaned or beds made up on our arrival we enjoyed a fantastic and revitalising break.The house is almost new and this is reflected in the facilities.Beds were very comfortable and while there were only the two of us the lounge and kitchen diner are plenty bid enough to suit a larger party.By way of constructive criticism I would mention that we were unable to obtain better than a tepid shower.The location of the property is ideal.Walberswick is an absolute gem of a place to wander and relax with an almost endless beach and super walks.Very good for stress relief.We would certainly stay again!

Comfortable property, great location
The property was spacious, comfortable and easy to live in. It was the first time we have booked a modern property but the wooden weather boarding gave it character and the location in the centre of the village was perfect. Pleasant and easy walk to the beach and the private parking was a real bonus in this village.

Better than Expected
Set in the most convenient location, this is one of two properties that sit within a gated shared driveway. The house is well laid out, has all we needed and allowed us as a family to just get on and enjoy our week. What more would you need? There is a small store within a minutes walk and a deli just outside the driveway. The children loved cycling around the driveway and exploring the house. Very comfortable.

Relaxing break
We had a wonderful time staying in your delightful house 15th - 22nd July. It had everything we needed and much more including the Mediterranean weather. The accommodation was very clean and every thought had gone into what someone might need. We would definitely recommend the food at the Bell - very down to earth with welcoming staff and excellent value for money, we ate there 4 nights out of the 7. The Anchor, although very nice ambience was far more upmarket an establishment and the prices reflected that but sadly not necessarily to everyone's taste. I wouldn't hesitate and pray the house is available to re-book when we are down that way again and we hope that you found everything in order when we left - we do try to leave everything as we find it. Superb !! Relaxing and Feel at Home !
We stayed 4 nights at Alexandra Place and enjoyed every moments .. Property was tidy and with all stuff you need to feel at home away from Home! Everything was perfect .. Given the directions , Instructions to access the property and welcome drink :) .. Nathan and Sue have maintained this beautiful place like a palace. Had a great time with our 2 year old as there were so many games and space around the house .. he called the place as NEW HOME .. will recommend to anybody who wants quick and easy access to coastal paths in east Anglia.. There was a local shop and cafe right at the door step if you forget some personal stuff..
