The Space:
This 1,286 sq ft 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is great for a family or group of friends that like to travel together. Not only do you have a sitting area in the apartment and space to spread out, but you can also access a larger common lounge area at the condo building with lots of comfy sofas, a fireplace, TV, and several laptop-friendly workspaces to relax, work or socialize. Youāll also have access to a shared fitness room so you don't have to miss your daily workouts.
The apartment features:
- A luminous LIVING space with comfortable seating, wall-mounted SMART TV with Netflix (guest sign in), and a large window to let in lots of light. Perfect for downtime moments at home.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN for preparing meals at home with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up any meal at any time of the day. Including a coffee maker for the morning perk up and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups!
- A built-in BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter to seats 6 to enjoy meals at home or maybe use it as a laptop work spot (if you must... and we hope you don't!).

Also near a waterpark and the Life Science Museum, the Legacy Flight Museum (a cool airplane museum!), parks and so many fun things to do such as the BYU Ropes Course where you can test your skill and nerve! It is mandatory to hang the parking permit from the rearview mirror of your vehicle. The permit can be found in the unit and upon check out, please leave it in the unit for the next guest. The fee to replace a permit is $25 USD.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen has a small supply of salt and pepper but no other cooking condiments and we supply a little coffee to get you started, but these complimentary items are not replenished. When you run out you will need to purchase more.
The apartment is family-friendly. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request.
There is an elevator in the building providing access to the gym and the upper-level apartments.
There are surveillance devices situated throughout the outdoor corridors for guest safety only.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, an the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
Youāll have complete privacy during your stay, but weāre available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
