The Grizz was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, newly renovated, nice hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were decent size with room for your gear. Bathroom was modern and clean. The only downside was the supposed continental breakfast...Fruit Loops, hard boiled eggs and very weak coffee. Not exactly filling.

The hotel is nicely redone and the staff were helpful. The other reviews that mention it being loud are correct - I’m not sure there’s much that can be done from the hotel end….but it would’ve been a nice courtesy for the people underneath us to not have loud rowdy conversations at 3:45am.

The furnishings in the hallways are very quaint. Lots of antiques. That was interesting! The room was very clean. We needed ear plugs for sleeping, as it was from other rooms. But a good deal for the price. Breakfast is pretty small.

What a delightful find. The rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom is small but one of the nicest showers I've ever had. Always appreciate the "real" cups for coffee rather than the paper cups. The staff friendly and helpful. Will certainly stop here again when we pass through.
