"From the outside, this residential building presents an uninteresting proposition. Its a little hard to find, but Google maps will take you to the roght place. There is a small sign with B and B SANROCK by the door. Inside, the room is charming...freshly decorated in a modern sryle with neutral blues and grey, with modern design sink, taps and shower. "Struttura caratteristica in un borgo di poche case con gente accogliente. Nella struttura c'è tutto quello che vi occorre per il soggiorno. TV,,riscaldamento,cucina con forno a gas,stoviglie,posate e pentole. Nel bagno con doccia e acqua calda non mancano asciugamani , asciugacapelli e lavatrice. Camera da letto con lenzuola e coperte. "The welcome by Daniela and Stefano is always a great start to a wonderful stay. The accommodation is immaculate in presentation and equipment. The local restaurants/cafes/chocolate shops are walking distance and the staff in each greet you as a local. We enjoyed the walking in different local valleys. We hope to return for a 3rd visit…."

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Phi principe hotel in Cuneo. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and arranging transport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuneo. "
