From the living room you have access to a very bright and sunny balcony.

1 room with two 90cm beds (2 pax)

1 rooms with wardrobe and a single bed (1 pax)

1 full bathroom with shower.

House's rules:

- Pets are not accepted.

- It will be necessary to provide identification documentation for all guests and sign the corresponding contract between the parties.

- The house is rented with sheets but WITHOUT towels (optional towels 4 euros per person).

- Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Check-in time at the accommodation: from 4:30 p.m.

Accommodation departure time: maximum 11 hours.

- Upon departure, you must leave the house as it was upon arrival. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Garbage may not be left in the house.

- The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

- The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be pre-authorized using the credit card on the day of arrival at the accommodation.​
