Villa Tara was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick outer walls, which offer unique living comfort! Coolness in summer and warmth in the colder seasons. All windows and doors are equipped with fly screens. The bedrooms are complete. to darken.

In the morning you will be greeted by the sun and the cheerful chirping of birds and when you look outside you will see the many beautiful colors of the island. You see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri Peninsula and look out over the Aegean Sea - simply a magnificent panorama! Relax by your 40 sqm private pool.

The 125 sqm villa is divided into two levels, which are connected by a large, wide staircase with 5 steps and a beautiful arch. You can enjoy the magnificent view from the entire villa.

The spacious living and dining area together with a high-quality fitted kitchen represent the first level.
The two bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a bathroom next to it.
Both daylight bathrooms each have a large, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.
For stays of more than 7 nights, an interim cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.

Outside you will find the beautiful, large pool and the large terrace with a shady pergola.
The brick outdoor grill is ready for your grilling skills and the carport provides shade for your car.

The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters and the garden area is designed in a Mediterranean style.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 21 nights. During this time, no interim cleaning is included.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €10/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.

The villa has the official rental permit from the Greek Tourism Authority EOT and is registered under this number: 1111029
