Villa Victoria is a striking residence located on private land on the outskirts of Rethymno town, just next to Gallos village! Thanks to its hilltop position the villa enjoys beautiful views from any angle of the pool area and balconies! Engulfed in nature and residing next to a small gorge, guests can revel in the quietness, privacy and tranquility of the natural environment while indulging in the splendid sea and gorge views. At the same time, you are just a short drive away (6 km) from Rethymno city and its long sandy beach! Villa Victoria spreads in three storeys and can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedroom and a maximum of 12 guests if needed.
Ground Floor
As you ascend the elegant marble stairs, they guide you towards the front door of the villa. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting open-plan space that seamlessly integrates various areas of the home. This expansive area encompasses a comfortable living room adorned with a charming fireplace, home cinema, an indoor dining space and direct access to the main balcony, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. Additionally, you will find a meticulously designed, fully equipped kitchen, where culinary delights are prepared with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen are two beautifully appointed bedrooms, both featuring double beds (1,40 X 2,00), and direct access to the pool and barbecue area. A family bathroom is also located on this same floor.
First Floor
The first floor, accessed via a wooden staircase, unveils two more bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-size bed (1.60 X 2.00), an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private veranda with captivating sea views. There is also an open loft area which is suitable as an office or for just relaxing on the sofa bed. The adjacent bedroom features two single beds (0.90 X 2.00).
Lower floor
On the lower floor of the villa you will find the gym and playroom area, waiting to please both adults and kids! The gym is equipped with a treadmill, abs bench, parallel bars, boxing bag, a multifunctional apparatus, free weights and more! A bathroom with shower is also available for convenience. At the same space the playroom offers a 40" HDTV, a Playstation 4 and a selection of board games. Moreover, the last bedroom offers a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00) and a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Last but not least a laundry room can be found on this floor.
Outdoor Area
The extensive 4,000 sq.m. outdoor area is the highlight of our villa! Encompassing nearly 1,000 sq.m. of lush, manicured lawn areas and another 1,000 sq.m. adorned with a vibrant tapestry of vegetables, fruit trees, herbs and blooming flowers, this garden is a true oasis for the senses. Beyond the fragrant allure of the gardens, the terrace beckons with an array of indulgent amenities which include:
- A private, 55m2 swimming pool (1,50-1,80m deep) with step access. Also the swimming pool has a pool alarm for child safety. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor sitting areas for your comfort.
- A 4-seater hot tub for soaking up under the sun.
- An outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, wood oven, a sink and 2 gas hobs, so you can prepare your favorite meals at ease! A dining table is also available for al fresco dining.
- A playground with swings and outdoor toys for our young guests
- The whole outdoor area is totally private and surrounded by a stone wall, offering 100% privacy to our guests! Furthermore, an automatic gate and a private driveway offer parking space within the villa premises and the villa is fully protected by a camera security system.
