The Queen Bee's living area is tastefully furnished and generously sized. It includes plush seats, a 55" HDTV/Smart TV, board games, a built-in fireplace, and air conditioning. The dining room is located next to the living area in the open-plan villa. Although there is additional seating that may be added from outside, this area is elegantly furnished with dining furniture for 8 guests.
The luxury villa Queen Bee boasts a contemporary kitchen that is open to the dining area and is furnished with a mixer, boiler, squeezer, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, in addition to an oven, stove, dishwasher, freezer, and digital kitchen scale. Additionally, a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board are available, and cleaning and laundry services are provided three to four times per week.
The Queen Bee has four double bedrooms that are tastefully furnished with modern furnishings and elegant color schemes, two of which also include a separate single bed. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, and three of them have balconies and ensuite bathrooms. There is a second private restroom as well. There are towels, toiletries, and bathrobes available.
The Queen Bee offers its visitors a stunning outdoor entertainment space with a sizable swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, a built-in gas grill, a chic dining area, and a sitting by the pool. There is also table tennis available for guests to enjoy. In addition, the Queen Bee offers street parking.

Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
