In the CALM, enjoy the 300m2 SWIMMING POOL, in a VAST GARDEN 3100m2 with the possibility of having lunch by the water under the PAVILLION with table and BARBECUE.
On the heights of the ancient city of Rethymno, in olive trees, this residence was BUILT BY and FOR NORWEGIANS with noble materials: CARVED STONES, MARBLE. Its particularity is CALM and SPACE.
IDEALLY SITUATED for discovering the most beautiful coasts: north west and south west, at 500m from the charming village of PIGI (grocery, bakery, local small restaurant, bus...), at 2.5 km from sand beach and 5km from the antique RETHIMNON.
The flat : 3rooms, 75m2, is on the same level as the garden. There is one room with a king size bed and another room with 2 single beds, a marble bathroom and a living room/kitchen with MARBLE on the floor.
It has 2 terrasses, one facing the west with a PRIVATE GARDEN , perfect to have lunch, one looking out over the olive trees.

Fantastic place, great vacations
We spent fantastic two weeks in Pigi. The apartment was big enough for our family of four and in reality was even better than what you can see in the pictures. The swimming pool is really good, it was clean with deck chairs and never crowded. The best thing about having the pool was that everyday we went to a different beach because we didn't have one in the village. This kept us active and we knew that each morning and evening we can swim in the pool. And all the trips were worth having. The owner, Catherine, provided us with a list of best destinations (beaches, monasteries, restaurants, etc) and all her suggestions were spot on. When going to Balos Lagoon take the smaller ship, the big one takes about a thousand people and the smaller one just a fraction of this. The big crowd from the big ship arrives at Balos about 30 minutes before the smaller one departs and the people from the big one have problems with finding space for themselves. Highly recommended, but you need a car.

Vraiment un bel endroit, très calme, beau jardin, une belle piscine hyper propre, la location est parfaite. Parfaitement située pour visiter l'île. Aucun bruit pour dormir, un stationnement tellement facile et une propriétaire hyper réactive et très sympathique. Allez y sans hésiter !!!

Paradis sur terre.
Tt est conforme à l ' annonce ,la communication avec Catherine est très facile et rapide. La literie est ferme et la clim dans les chambres appréciable. L emplacement idéal pour visiter La Canée à 1h Balos à 2 h Imbros à 1h Les commerces et Reythymno à moins de 10 minutes. Franchement top. La piscine est énorme et toujours de la place sur les transats. Le cadre est superbe ! Calme et reposant pas de bruit ! Un gros problème cependant ! Pas la moindre envie de partir !

Un petit coin de paradis
Magnifique résidence correspondant totalement à l'annonce. Très joli jardin et piscine immense. Le calme règne vraiment et comme son nom l'indique c'est un paradis. Je recommande vivement cette location et la propriétaire est très réactive et sympathique.

Séjour à Pigi Village
Appartement spacieux dans une résidence très bien entretenue, avec beaucoup de verdure et une très belle & grande piscine. La route principale est à quelques minutes. Rethymon en 10 minutes, Plakias (côte Sud) et la magnifique plage de shinaria en 50 minutes. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour.

Pigi paradise
Alles was aanwezig zoals beschreven. De communicatie met Catherine verloopt super vlot en correct. Prima zwembad voor gehele complex en kan permanent gebruikt worden. Airco in slaapkamers kwam goed van pas. Bij aankomst wel nood om verblijf wat te verluchten. Ligging ook goed om diverse uitstappen te kunnen doen, voor elk wat wils. Ondanks er 40 verblijven zijn, is het over het algemeen een zeer rustig verblijf. Schat dat meer dan de helft tijdens ons verblijf niet bezet was.

SEJOUR CRETOIS AU CALME
Un appartement conforme au descriptif, en Rez de jardin, dans une belle résidence, de petite dimension, avec au centre une belle espace vert et fleuri et une superbe piscine taille XXL, peu fréquentée (fin mai). Un endroit très calme et reposant, à proximité du village de Pigi avec commerces et restaurants, sur les hauteurs de Réthymnon. Un logement confortable, bien conçu, avec deux chambres qui seront appréciées par les amateurs de literie très ferme ! Merci à Catherine Mercier pour la préparation de notre séjour et les informations sur l'itinéraire depuis l'aéroport, la liste des meilleurs sites à visiter, les bonnes adresses de restaurants, ... ainsi que sa disponibilité à distance.

situé dans 1 résidence aérée conforme au descriptif tout équipé, calme, spacieux ,confortable .Propriétaire attentive réactive de bon conseil.Quelques ampoules à remplacer,la connexion eau chaude n'est pas indiquée sur le classeur d'accueil et la wifi est irrégulière ainsi que réseau en 3g n'est pas top ce qui n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire.Sinon nous conseillons sans réserve cette location

Super séjour
Il s'agit d'un appartement mais nous avons plutôt eu l'impression de séjourner dans une jolie maison très spacieuse avec un jardin et une vue magnifique. Photos correspondant réellement au lieu. Endroit calme, voisinage très sympathique, belle piscine accessible car pas bondée, parking toujours disponible. Bien placé pour visiter la Crête mais voiture impérative. Plein de petits restos pas chers et supermarchés aux alentours. Pour résumer, on s'y sent comme chez soi car tout le confort y est ! A tel point qu'on n'a vraiment pas envie de partir...... Encore merci à Catherine pour ses conseils et cet excellent séjour que nous avons passé pendant 2 semaines :)

Nous sommes arrivés dans une résidence magnifique, propre, extrêmement bien entretenu. D'un calme inégalable. Le logement était très bien conçu et très joliment décoré. Assez bien situé, proche de la grande ville de rethymnon, la supérette à 100m, la plage à moins de 10 minutes, de très bonnes taverne crétoise à proximité. Je recommande++

Die FeWo war ganz ok
Die FeWo roch leider, da sie vermutlich nicht genug gelüftet wurde. Da es an den Fenstern/ Terassentüren keinen Insektenschutz gab, konnten wir in der Nacht leider nicht lüften, ohne von Mücken oder von der streunenden Katze besucht zu werden. Ansonsten könnte auch das Bad mal wieder erneuert werden und die Küche ist tatsächlich etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Doch die Vermieterin als auch die Anwohner der Anlage waren sehr nett. Die Lage ist wunderschön und der Pool ist perfekt und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Un oasis de calme
La residence est verdoyante et très bien entretenu. Le logement est très agréable et bien aménagé (il y a tout ce qu'il faut voir plus encore). Nous avons beaucoup apprécier le barbecue toujours disponible au milieu de cette grande copropriété. Je vous conseille de prévoir un véhicule pour profiter de toute l’île même s'il y a un arrêt de bus au pied de la résidence .

We enjoyed the time at Pigi Paradise
We had a great time and the pool was fantastic. Pigi Paradise is a safe family environment, set in beautiful hills and traditional villages. The village Pigi is very friendly and we ate out a lot in the local taverns, very tasty and prices were very reasonable (also the village Loutra was great for food). Both villages are in walking distance. The location is quiet and if you want to go somewhere, a car is very helpful. But also here we got a very good recommendation from the owner Catherine and after our arrival at Heraklion we went to the car park at the airport and got our car. Even though Pigi Paradise is such a nice quiet place the nearby beaches were easily to reach and were really lovely (approx. 10-15-min drive by car). We also went to the south coast and visit the beaches there, which was also great (a bit more than a one hour drive by car). The house was clean, functional and comfortable. However, it was a bit pity that the rooms (probably from a water damage ?!) were a bit damp and therefore it smelled a bit when entering the apartment. Ventilation and the use of air conditioning brought improvement. The washing machine in the bathroom was perfect for us and we learned that this will be a must for us in the future. Even though Catherine is not directly on site of Pigi Paradise one could reach her via phone at any time. We received all instructions how to get to the accommodation and how to get the keys clearly described in advance.

Es waren sehr schöne Ferien! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über alles Nötige. Das Schwimmbad ist riesig und wird in der Regel wenig besucht. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Es ist eine in Blumen eingebettete Oase.

Schöne Lage aber nicht so schönes Haus
Das Komplex mit Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist aber sehr feucht (Schimmel!).Es gibt keine Heizung. Nach drei Tagen haben wir die Besitzer angerufen. Sie hat uns gesagt wir können ein elektrische Heizung kaufen. Weiter ist die Küche slecht ausgestattet. Sehr kleine Pfannen etc. Die Betten sind von slechter Qualität. Das Haus ist nicht für mehr als 4 Personen geeignet.

Nous avons passés 10 jours à Pigi paradise, et garderons un excellent souvenir de la Crête et la location y est pour une bonne part. Bien située, proche de Rethymnon au centre de l 'île, nous avons découvert de nombreux sites et paysages et apprécié la location fonctionnelle et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses l'une pour nos petits déjeuners et l'autre pour papoter en soirée, la piscine est un régal, grande et quasi déserte, nous ne nous sommes pas privés matin et soir, le jardin est magnifique. Location à recommander et qui sait …..

Appartement comme une maison dans un cadre superbe
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve à Pigi mon mari et moi. L'appartement est très agréable, propre, joliment décoré, pratique pour se faire ses repas, et vraiment comme une maison car il y a deux grandes terrasses. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine, très grande, avec une belle vue sur la campagne, et presque toujours déserte alors que nous étions en plein mois d'août !! Les propriétaires sont très disponibles sans être intrusifs et nous ont conseillé plein de bons plans (location de voiture, restos, visites, plages...). Nous ne voulions pas faire trop de route et ils nous ont indiqué de belles balades ou visites dans un rayon de 20 km environ, la région est magnifique donc pas besoin d'aller très loin pour se faire plaisir !

Une EXCELLENTE découverte
L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Rethymnon et donc au calme près du village pittoresque PIGI. Piscine exceptionnelle et en juin très peu de monde donc nous en avons beaucoup profité. Le logement comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire et est très spacieux. Catherine est très disponible et donne beaucoup de précieux conseils. Bref, nous y retournerons certainement. Vacances inoubliables

Belles vacances garanties, dans un cadre reposant.
Le complexe est charmant, bel ensemble arboré et très bien entretenu.La piscine est spacieuse, pas trop chlorée et propre, la baignade y est bien agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme. L'appartement est très bien isolé, donc pas de nuisances sonores, bonnes nuits garanties ! (literie confortable) La climatisation est particulièrement efficace. La situation géographique de Pigi Paradise est idéale pour faire des balades sur la journée dans n'importe quelle direction si vous souhaitez aller aux extrémités de l'île.Pour ceux qui veulent rester aux alentours de Pigi, il y a aussi largement de quoi remplir un séjour !! Vous pouvez vous fier aux conseils et suggestions de Catherine. Si vous avez des questions, Catherine s'empresse d'y répondre. Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans cet appartement spacieux et agréable. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !!!
