Overlooking downtown Rethymno and the Cretan sea, Villa Princess uses its sloped terrain to amplify views of the surrounding area.
Located in a great location only 1 km away from the closest beach and the town, the one-storey 130 sq. m villa offers outstanding panoramic views and can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 50" satellite HDTV and Playstation 4. The area opens to a balcony which offers the excellent sea view. As you go through the hall way there are 4 bedrooms with 32" HDTV and the main bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds which can also be transformed to a double one. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 30 sq. m. swimming pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- Two outdoor dining tables under shadows with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
?- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and hammocks) for relaxing in the garden

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
Note: Kindly be informed that the entire villa is situated on the 1st floor of a two-storey property (the ground floor is vacant).
