"Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!"

"We loved everything about our week long stay. Check-in was seamless and we were greeted with a delicious welcome basket. Both the interior and the exterior of the property are very clean and well maintained. The lake was very serene and we were treated to daily loon calls, muskrat sightings and sweet bird songs. "we have rented this cottage a couple years in a row now and it has not disappointed. the layout is great for our group. 8 adults and 4 kids. there is plenty of dishes etc in the kitchen. the kids big & small love the games room. Thanks again for another great vacation."
