"The home is beautiful and very clean. I had family visiting for the weekend and needed a place to accommodate. They felt right at home and loved the nice, quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was easy and Anna responded immediately to any concerns we had. We would recommend her home for a small family. It has all the accommodation you need from towels to utensils."

"Stores were close by if you wanted to walk and they offered delivery if you just wanted to relax. The hotel has always felt like home because it has such a relaxing feeling about it. There is a tv in the lobby along with newspapers if you wanted to just relax there instead of your room. The breakfast room may only be opened from 6 am to 9 am but you can go in there at any time to get a coffee, which I took advantage of one night when I couldn’t sleep. I walked around a bit and then got me a hot chocolate and by the time I got back to my room I was relaxed enough by then and had no trouble falling asleep. I would definitely refer anyone to come to the Sure Stay Plus if they want a relaxing and comfortable stay. I forgot to mention the pool and hot tub, both outside, which are great. The hot tub was incredible in easing my achy bones and joints. Come once and you’ll return time after time."

"The number listed was not accurate so it took emailing host to figure out the code to get in. However the back door was unlocked which seemed unsafe. Upon arriving we noticed a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone’s yard was manicured except for our VRBO. The grass and weeds were close to knee heighth. The privacy fence gate was off the henges and laying against the fence. There were no shades covering any windows on the first floor. It would have been nice to hang out and enjoy the nice weather but the patio furniture was filthy. The downstairs stayed muggy while the upstairs was very chilly. The water pressure was weak. The showerhead in the upstairs bathroom leaked badly. I can’t comment on the downstairs bathroom, as I was not the one using it. However, the blinds in the downstairs bathroom had toilet paper used to fill holes in the blinds and also toilet paper was stuck in a hole that was also inThe wall near the toilet. There were dead bugs in the bathtub and on floors. The pictures for this house are very deceiving. While there was plenty of room to sleep 8, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. "

"Where can I start. The place is unbelievable, everything was amazing. Jorge (host) was excellent very helpful everything you would want for a Host. I had family and friends there and it was more than enough room to accommodate 15 couples. Definitely book this Palace it’s worth every penny!!"
