Welcome to the Non smoking apartment Holgis gem with its own sauna! In a large old brick barn with brand new interior life is the apartment Holgis Schmuckstück with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove with oven), integrated dining area, separate bedroom with double bed and living room with comfortable (!) Double pullout sofa for max. 2 to 4 people. As a special bonus, the private sauna awaits you for up to 4 people, whose electricity costs will be charged separately. (If you do not use the sauna, you do not have to contribute to the costs by way of a surcharge). The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. Enjoy the morning sun on the breakfast terrace under your bedroom window. Central but quiet location and proximity to the beach (about 200 m) complete the offer. Look forward to nice days in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 21:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt. Die Betten waren bequem, ebenso das Schlafsofa. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral . und trotzdem ruhig.

Schönes Objekt(Zwei -Zimmer-Ferienwohnung) mit integrierter Sauna.Gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für die Ferienzeit benötigt.Küche mit Sitz-Ecke zum offenen Wohn-Bereich und kleiner Terrasse.Schlafraum für zwei Personen,Es besteht die Aufbettung auf 4 Personen im Wohnbereich/Schlafcouch. Ruhige Lage,etwas abseits der Straße mit Nähe zum Strand,ca 200 Meter.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokal sind in der Nähe.Zur Wohnung gehört ein ausgewiesener Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Alles hat gepasst. Fewo für 2 Personen ideal.
Gute Ausstattung. Die kleine Terrasse für Frühstück und auch Abends sehr genossen. Einmal die Sauna genutzt, wunderbar. Die Lage zum Strand und auch der Strand selber haben uns gut gefallen. Bäcker in der Nähe, Supermarkt auch.
