"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."

We stayed in the plunge pool room number 203, but I do not know if it is only in our room or if it is in all rooms. there was a sewer smell from the bathroom and the bathroom is 1.5 m2 or something. They should definitely intervene in this matter. It doesn't suit a hotel of this class. Apart from that, the employees are very friendly...

"The property was closed for the season and wish that had been made clear when I booked.As a lone traveller it is not very pleasant to rattle around in an empty building Arrangements had been made for myself and the only other lady staying to breakfast elsewhere which we did after a false start the second day when the place was locked as usual and nobody seemed quite sure what to do.Come in summer is my advice!!"

"Staff goes way beyond usual customer care. Everyday clean towels room immaculately clean, view from the balcony is remedy for your eyes. Nikiti has problem with streets but it’s positioned well for access to all beautiful Sithonia beaches. Will stay here again "
