"A great hotel that provided one of the very best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel, included with our room rental! Lots if choices of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, breakfast meats as bacon, sausage, links, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee and teas. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well, too. We thought the price was reasonable and the location was easily accessible by major thoroughfares. Give tgem actry, and you will be glad you did!"

"This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults were helping the kids know about appropriate behavior when staying in a hotel. Really, this isn’t the fault of the hotel, so I should award them 5 stars simply for being so professional with these barely supervised young people. Excellent, superb breakfast. Many many stars for that. The staff were also superb. "

"Hotel has a restaurant that can satisfy your appetite. The hotel is situated next to a highway round about and residential area so going for a walk is not practical. The do have a garden patio next to the restaurant that other guests exchange conversation over beers. This hotel is suited for one night stops or those attending an event in town like the a sports tournament, while I was their."

"Fine for an 8-hour stop, but dirty underwear found under the bed and facial hair was stuck on the bathroom wall where someone had obviously tapped out their shaver. In plain sight, can't believe the cleaners missed it."

"We spent one night here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is in good condition, looks modern and newly renovated. There were crumbs in one of our beds, which is very disturbing - seems the sheets were maybe not changed or someone was eating while making the bed? Not very sanitary. The breakfast is nice and what you would expect at a chain hotel. The dinner buffet was not edible. Plan to eat at a nearby restaurant for dinner. "
