"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. Staff was all very friendly, though despite us speaking German and English, at times there were some language-based communication challenges with restaurant staff that could be improved. "Good location, great buffet breakfast where can see the lake view, friendly staff to help our queries and requirement. The hotel also provides free local transportation card, it is a bonus. The room is clean and comfy. We received a surprise gift as well. Enjoy our stay!"

"Schönes neues Hotel, Zimmer und Bad sehr gut, Betten leider zu hart. Abzüge gibt’s wegen dem Frühstück, das nicht 4*-like war: zu wenig Auswahl, kaum Obst und auch ansonsten nicht wirklich lecker. Personal war sehr bemüht, aber hat wenig Möglichkeiten."
