Recently remodeled 2100+ sq ft, private fenced backyard, front balcony, High speed Mesh WIFI, Apple HomePod Mini in each room, open floor plan upstairs with open sight lines from the kitchen, dining room and living room, perfect for large groups or multiple families and friends to gather.

UPSTAIRS:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (California King, and 2 Queen beds) with 2 separate close door work stations in the master and guest bedroom. Living room has a large comfortable couch and additional seating for up to 7 along with a 55" TV enabled with Apple TV and Chromecast, and 2 HomePod Minis set up in stereo pair, perfect for movie night. Accent wall with a neon sign, designed to mirror Reno's Biggest Little City vibe for those great family photos or IG posts. Large Sunroom with additional seating on a daybed couch that can be converted in to 2 twin bed sleepers. Fully stocked kitchen with cabinets labeled for easy access to tools needed to cook a delicious meal. And allow the Amazon Echo Show 8 to be your sous chef, recipe provider and kitchen timer. Dining room has seating for up to 6, with 2 additional breakfast bar stool seats.


DOWNSTAIRS:
Entertainment room has large 55" TV with Apple TV and Chromecast enabled streaming along with work bench seating for up to 3 work stations and ample outlets. Perfect for kids to lounge or group remote work. Boardgames provided underneath the Apple TV. Daybed couch that can be converted in to 2 twin bed sleepers. Downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds with ceiling track privacy curtains and connected full bathroom.

Guests will have private access to the entire home. Garage space is currently used for storage and off limits but can be accessed upon request ahead of time, plenty of parking in the large driveway and on the street in front of the house. Self Check-in via Keypad smart lock, with 4 digit code to be provided before your stay.

HOUSE RULES
- There is one security camera at the front entrance for guest safety and security.
- We are a shoes off household as we regularly have families with infants staying who enjoy crawling around. Please be considerate. Shoe rack provided at front entrance. Outdoor slippers provided at backyard entrance.
- Fire pit is currently closed due to summer fire hazard.
- Indoor fireplace is dis-abled.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
- This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful. $500 fines will be enforced for noise complaints and parties
