Good quality-price relationship. Spartan but comfortable. Great location close to station and also an easy walk to the center. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint is that something (probably water pipes or water pump) was quite noisy. I was able to sleep through it but if you're a light sleeper make sure they don't put you in a room near the water pipes.

Clean facility, decent bathroom. After hour check in is in another location across the street (front door notice should indicate that!). Room did not come with a blanket (maybe I am unlucky?).

Terrible wifi....beware
Overall it was okay. Clean and I liked that there was a locked compartment fridge and pantry with a shared kitchen. The wifi however....it cuts out every 2 minutes so if you have work to do, forget it. I asked the front desk about it but they didn't do anything.

Clean and tidy in good location. Was told no to an early check-in without even checking to see if there was any rooms available. Check-in was later than what was written on my confirmation. Room did not have curtains.

Super propre, la taille de la chambre nickel pour une personne. La douche est plutôt convenable, c'est juste le lavabo qui est tout petit, mais pas de quoi en faire une histoire. Par contre l'enregistrement n'est pas la meilleure des idées. Contourner tout l'hôtel pour avoir un code d'accès, alors que je suis venue pour le travail, ça ne me laisse pas me reposer. Surtout que je voulais avoir un accès au WC après 5H de voyage. Il faudrait tout bonnement penser à nous envoyer le code par email au lieu de demander de se présenter à l'accueil... Ou créé un accueil dans le bâtiment où l'on va séjourner, il y a assez d'espace pour cela au rez-de-chaussée ! De plus, on n'est pas assez réactif à mes emails, donc c'est une raison de plus.

La première nuit des remontées d'égout dans la salle de bain et la deuxième nuit reveil à 5h30 du matin par des transporteurs-livreurs qui faisaient un vacarme sans nom. Resultat, un sejour de travail sous le sceau de la fatigue... et aucune possibilité de réserver ailleurs car tous les hotels etaient complets.

Y’a plusieurs problèmes Déjà le rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout favorable Pour deux nuits 110 euros sans aucun service en plus juste pour la petite chambre et la salle de bain Moyen niveau propreté Le matelas est très bancal, on dirait que ça n’a pas été changé depuis plusieurs années, dès qu’on se met dessus on sent que ça creuse notre silhouette Le petit déj est en option donc faut payer 13 euros en plus Le plus important : La porte de la résidence se bloque parfois en restant ouverte plus une alerte et c’est à rive d’eux fois en deux jours, et quand c’est ouvert n’importe qui peut rentrer dans la résidence étant donné qu’il y’a pas d’accueil ni rien du tout Les parties communes ne sont pas très très propre mais ça c’est usager dépendant Conclusion : vous pouvez trouver clairement mieux pour le même prix

急遽、当日にホテルを予約しなくては行けなくなり宿泊したホテルです。 私は別館みたいなところに宿泊しましたためが、受付は別の建物にありその別の建物を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。 ネットに記載されている地図ではその別の建物向かえませんでした。 部屋に入るためには、受付で暗証番号が記載されている用紙をもらわなくてはいけません。 まず、 ①ビルに入るためにその暗証番号を入力 ②部屋に入るためにもその暗証番号を入力 しなくては入れませんでした。 暗証番号の入力方法がわからず、何度も別の建物に移動し説明を聞きましたが、嫌な顔をせず丁寧に教えてくださいました。 レンヌ駅から徒歩５分以内の場所にあるため交通の便はいいと思います。 近辺にはカフェも多く賑わっていました。
