Le Pink - Studio tout confort

Ty Color's is a high-rise half-timbered building located in one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the historic centre of Rennes. We offer 3 studios here : Le Pink, Le Blue, Le Green.

Completely renovated at the end of 2019, Le Pink has everything you need for a great stay of a few days or a few weeks: linen provided, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi.

Right in the city centre, you have access to the main points of interest: Jacobin Convent, Museum of Fine Arts, Town Hall and Parliament squares, shops, restaurants, etc. Public transport 5 min walk away.

Housing
Ty Color's is one of those buildings that look like no other, with its narrow staircase and lime walls, it has kept its authenticity.
Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the studio Le Pink combines old-fashioned charm and modernity: stone wall, wooden floor, etc. . .

It is composed as follows:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, etc) and a sleeping area with a double bed and TV. - A bathroom equipped with a 90x90 shower, a plan with a basin and a suspended toilet.

For your comfort, your bed will be prepared for your arrival. We also provide towels and tea towels for the dishes.

The neighborhood
You are close to the Town Hall and the Place des Lices (and its big Saturday morning market). You will be able to discover the Parliament of Brittany, the Garden of Thabor, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Champs Libres, the Saint Georges Swimming Pool, the congress centre, the Jacobins convent. . . But also eat in very good restaurants and go shopping in the many shops, such as the Galeries Lafayette at the end of the street or the many small craft shops.

Transportation
All means of transport (bus, metro, bicycle. . . ) are accessible in less than 5 minutes (bus and metro stops at République or Sainte Anne stations). Are you coming by car? There is a covered car park near the apartment (Parking des Lices).

Le Pink Agréablement surpris par l’emplacement, c’est une très belle rue piétonne avec des petits restaurants sympas, proche de tous les lieux remarquables, la place de la mairie, le marché … l’appartement est petit mais bien agencé, bien équipé. La salle de bains est assez grande. Une difficulté néanmoins, celle de trouver un parking à un prix abordable, durée limitée à 4 heures, 40 euros pour cette durée…il est nécessaire de s’éloigner du centre, il y a des parkings gratuits accessibles par le métro, le ticket est à 1€70

Le Pink "Great room, great location, perfect for traveling alone or for couples. 🙂 Great location, very nice and comfy room. All was in order and well kept. The bed is comfortable (the mattress is hard, the way I like it). The small cooking corner is well kept and funcional and there's even a capsule coffee machine available. The shower box is nice and spacious. The area is quiet, although in the morning some noise from opening shops can be heard from the street below. 🙁 I cannot really count it as a downside but somebody could, so I have to say that since the apartment is located in a very old building the stairs are tiny with a medieval feeling to them. I would not recommend this location to those who have walking impediments."

Tout était très bien dans l’ensemble , cet appartement est très bien placé en plein centre ville de Rennes , très fonctionnel, chambre très propre et moderne avec bcp de charme , bonne literie , vraiment top ?? !!! Après ma seule déception , ce fut mon arrivé le soir , bloqué à l’extérieur de l’appartement car la clé n’était pas à l’emplacement prévu! Personne de disponible à ce moment là pour me proposer un plan b , j’ai dû trouver par moi même une autre solution ! Pas très agréable comme situation à 22h après 2h30 de trajet , mais après l’erreur est humaine et pour autant je n’en veut pas à Cocoonr qui a fait le nécessaire le lendemain pour que je puisse réceptionner l’appart et me dédommager du gêne occasionné. Cordialement"

Le Pink "Très bon séjour dans le centre historique Rennais. Le logement est très bien situé, équipé, décoré. Malgré sa petite taille, il reste bien agencé. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Même le sèche-cheveux qui est pourtant indiqué non-inclus ! Les instructions pour accéder au studio et la commutations sont très claires. Toutefois, le charme de l'ancien à ses petits inconvénients. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et l'escalier est étroit, la montée avec plusieurs bagages ou un gros, peut s'avérer problématique. Courage et faites plusieurs voyages ! Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons sans problème."

très beau studio en centre ville
Petit studio plein de charme en plein centre ville à 500m de deux stations de métro. Le studio est très bien équipé. La décoration, la vaisselle sont choisies avec goût. Tout a été refait à neuf récemment. Il faut savoir que la rue piétonne est bordée de 3 très bons restaurants forts agréables mais qui peuvent amener un peu de discussions animées à vos oreilles. Il faut également savoir que l'escalier amenant au studio est étroit.

Un bip régulier pendant la nuit du 15 au 16/11. le problème a dû être réglé dans la journée suivante car je n'ai plus entebndu le bip."
