Le Canal - Appt avec balcon - Vue dégagée en bord de Vilaine

This charming 71 m² apartment on the banks of the Vilaine river in Rennes can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a balcony overlooking a quiet, green landscaped area at the foot of the canal and the Saint Martin meadows. If you love nature, the songs of the frogs will accompany your summer days.

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 35 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Grand quartier, Leclerc St Grégoire (H&M), convenience stores rue de St Malo, 7/7 VIVAL supermarket rue de St Malo.

You can even rent electric boats at the Capitainerie for a ride along the Vilaine.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

Underground parking very useful especially during heave rain :) 🙁 THere was no lighting in the neighborhood so we had to use mobiles as there was completely dark in the streets while coming back home late in the evening, but to make it clear - the area was safe."

There is everything needed to cook comfortably, the high chair and baby bathtub were great plus for us. The apartment is in a modern and recently built building. Parking access is easy - no weird tiny parking space that can only fit a tiny car and also requires an expert driver to maneuver, which is very common in France. We also enjoyed the relaxing view on the canal Saint Martin and would have enjoyed for sure the balcony if we were in summer. Would happily book again!"

Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée, et tout le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour (dosettes café, liquide vaisselle etc...) ce qui permet de poser ses valises et de profiter tout de suite. Le prestataire chargé de l’accueil était aimable et professionnel, disponible du début à la fin du séjour par téléphone. 🙁 Indépendamment du logement lui même : La résidence est localisée assez loin du centre ville mais assez près de plusieurs bus.
