ARNEM - cosy T3 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Arnem is a bright flat ideally located near Rennes train station, the Théâtre National de Bretagne, Place Saint-Charles and the metro line A, which will allow you to reach the hypercentre of Rennes or the train station in 5 minutes.
With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. A private parking space (closed box) is rented with the flat.

On the ground floor of the condominium, the flat of 70m2 is composed as follows:
- a living room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a television,
- a functional and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher...) with a table for 4 people,
- a first bedroom with a 160cm wide bed and television
- a first bathroom with Italian shower, rain shower and a large storage space (separate toilet)
- a second bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, television, storage cupboard and adjoining shower room with walk-in shower and rain shower.

Please note that the windows in the kitchen/living room do not open.

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family holiday or on a weekend break, you will be given a personal welcome by a member of the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have.

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest station is Charles de Gaulle station, 1 stop away from the hypercentre of Rennes. Rennes train station is a 5-minute walk away. If you come by car, a private parking space in a closed box is reserved for you.

La pulizia, la cucina molto ben attrezzata, con stoviglie, pentole ed elettrodomestici di buona qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza di prodotti per la pulizia, detersivo per la lavastoviglie, olio, sale, zucchero e cialde di caffe."

Arnem "Volvería a quedarme en Arnem 🙂 La ubicación muy buena con un extra por poder dejar el coche en garaje particular cerrado. El barrio donde se encuentra el apartamento muy tranquilo. Con supermercado, tiendas de alimentos, bares, cafeterías, creperías....y muy cerca del centro. Gatzal muy amable nos espero y tradujo la información al español. 🙁 A pesar de tener 2 baños solo había un WC como aseo y los baños no tenía .ninguno otro WC. Y los colchones aunque eran cómodos quizás ya deberían ser renovados. Comentar, por si el dueño puede solucionarlo, la cama de la habitación que tiene el baño en el interior, tiene las patas inferiores unos centímetros más bajas que la cabecera y a las personas con mala circulación en las piernas no les viene bien, debería poder solucionarlo. En la otra habitación se hecha en falta un armario. Por lo demás el apartamento se ajusta al precio."

Le ballon d'eau chaude était éteint lorsque nous sommes arrivés. L'hôte étant une agence, la communication est très impersonnelle, et finalement les personnes qui envoient les messages ne sont pas la personne qui nous accueille. C'est difficile de s'organiser. Sinon le logement est a 5 min de la gare et 10 min du centre ville de Rennes. Le ménage a été très bien fait, et nous avons eu de très fortes odeurs de produits ménagers en rentrant, on aurait bien voulu aérer... mais comme je l'ai dit, fenêtres condamnées ! In fine, nous avons trouvé le logement cher pour cette prestation."

Manque de couverts (qui oblige à laver à chaque repas, alors que tasses assiettes, verres sont en quantité suffisante). Manque 2 appliques murales, 1 ds chaque chambre, manque d'éclairage au dessus de l'évier de la cuisine, un petit coup de nettoyage aux télécommandes serait un plus. Compte tenu du montant de la prestation, étonnant que les vérifications n'aient pas été faites en amont, car la réservation avait été très anticipée ! Nous aurons l'occasion de revenir sur Rennes et souhaitons que l'agence nous propose un geste commercial. Bien cordialement, les hôtes du Val de Loire.
