"Cold room floor, room cleaning below expectations. The bed was not made and the only sign of cleaning was a dirty cleaning rug left on the desk of room. Public areas had ok cleanliness, though. Pros: Central location, easy to find and nearby parking."

"Service minded personel that help you quickly and try to solve any situations that arise. Bollnas is a small town and the restaurant has more to desire, actually I only do the breakfast there and then try to find another place to have lunch or dinner"

"Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nygatan can be noisy at night, so rooms on the other side are quieter."
