This stylish villa is located in quiet, natural surroundings, just a short distance from the beach. The holiday home is furnished with care and taste, with an open kitchen with cooking island and a cosy pellet stove for a romantic open fire. Furthermore, the villa has two modern bathrooms, two separate toilets and a playful wooden bunk bed that the children will love.

The small-scale bungalow park is spacious and consists of only 9 bungalows it features a communal playground with various play equipment. Plenty of walking and cycling paths in the surrounding nature. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet.

Der Aufenthalt war super. schöneres großes Grundstück, ideal für Kinder und Hund mit Zaun drumherum. Schade das das Sonnendeck im Garten nicht sehr einladend war. Das Haus war auch super ausgestattet und genug Platz zum wohlfühlen.

Ok, aber…..
Wir hatten leider mehrere Hundehaufen von den Vormietern um Garten, ebenso vereinzelt diverse Bierflaschen und Bierdosen rund um das Haus…. die Bäder waren mäßig sauber, aber gerade noch ok…der eigentlich gute Staubsauger hat deutlich bessere Tage gesehen, ist nun jedoch eigentlich nur noch Schrott. Da das Haus recht abgelegen liegt, wäre es schön darauf hinzuweisen, dass in der dunklen Jahreszeit eine Empfehlung einer Taschenlampe durchaus angebracht wäre. Der Grill ( Rost) war total versifft und somit unbrauchbar… ein ansonsten schönes Haus, nett eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen, aber wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen… p.s.: wir sind nicht wirklich super anspruchsvoll

Zusammenfassend: Positiv: -Größe des Grundstückes -Ausstattung des Hauses -Service und Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters / Check-in, Check-Out - Strandnähe Verbesserung in der Beschreibung: -4. Schlafzimmer ist nur für Kinder geeignet -Kein Bäcker/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussläufiger Nähe bis 31.3. - Treppe zu oberen Zimmern nicht für Senioren und Kleinkinder geeignet Nachteil: - Kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus

Großes, sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtetes Traumhaus. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Kochinsel haben wir zum gemeinsamen Kochen mit 5 Personen gern genutzt. Toller, großer eingezäunter Garten-perfekt für unsere beiden Vierbeiner. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und nicht zuletzt prima Lage in direkter Strandnähe (10Min. Fußweg).

De Oester 1 Woche Herbstferien
Es war eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Das Grundstück sehr schön. Leider ist die Isolierung im Haus nicht so gut, so dass man alles von den anderen im Haus mitbekommt. Das ist aber auch der einzige Mangel. Ausstattung gehoben und alles da, was man für das alltägliche braucht.

Wunderschönes Haus, Umgebung, Strand, Buchung - alles perfekt!
Wir 2 Erwachsene 1 Labrador genossen eine erholsame Woche im Haus und Umgebung. Der eingezäunte Garten ist perfekt mit Hund. Die ganze Abwicklung Buchung, Angaben Schlüssel ect war mit Frau Vorselaars schnell, genau und sehr kompetent sowie sehr freundlich. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, zudem fanden wir das es sehr schön praktisch und dekorativ eingerichtet ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Absolut tolle Location für unseren Familienurlaub.
Zum ersten Mal in Renesse mit Familie (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) Urlaub gemacht. Alle waren begeistert, sowohl vom wunderschönen Anwesen, mit einer tollen sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung, als auch von der Lage und den vielfältigen umliegenden Möglichkeiten. Frau Vorselaars antwortete sofort auf Fragen und Wünsche. Die Korrespondenz mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Garten und schönem Baumbestand
Sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung ab Buchung, ein wirklich schönes, toll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus in toller, ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Die eigentlich sehr schöne überdachte Terasse ist leider schon ziemlich verwittert und sieht dementsprechend aus. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir waren eine Woche mit zwei Hunden in der schönen Unterkunft. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, da man höchstens 15 Minuten zum Strand läuft und auch schnell im Ort ist. Um das Haus ist es sehr ruhig und durch den eingezäunten Garten perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Erfahrung im Oester in Renesse.
Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Zu Anfang war es sogar heikel für das Kleinkind. (Heißer Fußboden!!) Aber die Vertreterin der Vermieter hat alles wirklich zügig, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend gemanagt. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe liebe Frau V . … Zum Glück funktionierte der Palletofen. Ein paar sehr scharfe Ecken/ Kanten. (Z. B. am Metall-Gestell an schwarzen Sofasesseln) Für Besuch mit Kleinkind evtl. kritisch.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus empfing uns sehr sauber und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Das Haus ist mit 3 Schlafräumen sehr geräumig, für 4 wäre es mit Wohnbereich und Stauraum ideal belegt. Der Garten ist wie beschrieben dicht eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund im Gelände frei laufen lassen konnten. Alles in Allem gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Wir werden uns das Haus für weitere Aufenthalte sicher vormerken. Wir hatten das Glück, unsere Vermieterin Christel beim CheckIn persönlich zu treffen. Sie ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen Danke für die tolle Woche!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Gute Lage, zum Strand ca. 15 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Außenanlage ist sehr groß, mehrere Terassen am Haus und eine schöne ChillOut-Ecke. Sauberkeit war gegeben, könnte eine Spur besser sein. Fazit: Super Haus! Empfehlenswert!

Hallo, wir hatten das Haus in den Sommerferien für 2 Wochen gemietet und dort einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus / Grundstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist tatsächlich, wie beschrieben, alles da. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten und bei der Anreise mit mehreren Personen ist es ratsam, einen Handwagen mitzubringen / zu leihen. Die Vermieterin ist superfreundlich und der ganze Ablauf mit Übernahme / Übergabe usw. läuft ganz entspannt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen !
