"My friend and I had a wonderful, albeit too short stay at BlueSky. We were only in Taichung for a night and a day, but the hotel really made our stay. The double beds are plenty spacious and really comfortable. The room itself looks like an antique parlor with wood-paneled floors, but the building has modern finishings, so it stands apart from other older hotels. The bathroom is exceptionally clean, and the shower stall is spacious. I love the coffee bar set up in the back because it ties the whole room together. The cleaning staff even left four water bottles for us to take, as well as local Taiwanese snacks that were divine. Before we left Taichung, we checked out of the hotel but left out stuff under the care of the hotel staff while we explored some more before our train. They took excellent care of our stuff. They also answered our questions with patience and were extremely helpful, especially with how to find a currency exchange place on the weekends. Overall, we had an amazing stay at BlueSky Hotel."

"Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly. "

"Location was good as it was near the train station. Walkable to a few breakfast places. For the unbelievable low price we paid it was an excellent stay. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a bidet! Loved that! Room wasn’t big but ok for 2. We were given an extra large king size bed "

"This is our second time staying at this property. We are quite happy with it. The only thing that was not great is that the room felt humid, as there’s no fan in the bathroom and the air conditioner is more of a fan. We could only adjust the fan down to a certain temperature."
