"Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein Lüftungsgitter am Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschädigt. Da wir länger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. Auch sagte man mir das der ausgeliehene Grill noch offen sei. Auch dies stimmte nicht. Denn der Grill wurde bezahlt und die Kaution zurück erhalten. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Wir werden wieder kommen👍 "

"Great views and a beautiful property. If you're on foot, you'll have a good amount of walking to do in order to get the basics for cooking etc in their well appointed kitchens."

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. The sauna area which we had to ourselves was certainly a highlight - being able to use it for 3 hours on our last day after check out was a great way to end the weekend. All in all, would happily recommend the place - centrally located in the old town of Waren from where you have a few restaurants you can get to as well.."
