"This was a very nice affordable and convenient place to stay for a Purdue football weekend. Took just under 30 minutes, right off I-65, to get to campus. Very well-lit parking lot for security. Very friendly Front Desk staff. We enjoyed the big game room off the lobby, with ping-pong and pool tables. Room had fridge, microwave, and comfortable beds. "listen it's no five star motel but if you're looking for somewhere cheap and good enough this is your place! I would've given it another star if it didn't have a whole bunch of splatter marks from drinks all over the walls. and the air conditioning somehow only worked some of the time. "Run down, poor condition, missing essential safety and comfort items. Crawling with little biting bugs. Didn’t sleep a wink. Awful. I have pictures and videos. Smoke alarm missing. Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"
