"This cottage was perfect for 2 people. It also has space for an additional 2 people (children?) in the loft upstairs but there is only one bathroom. The house itself is very small, but it has everything you need. The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave and a small oven/stove. We rode the Hiwassee Loop on the train and this place met all our needs for an overnight stay. It would also be a great place to stay for a rafting trip on the Ocoee."

"We Love this place! 2nd time staying here. The only criticisms would be 1. The restaurant below the unit has an exhaust fan that makes the outside deck noisy for conversations 5 days a week. Also, if the wind is from the wrong direction, you get the food smells (good or bad). 2. The road noise at night might bother you if you are a light sleeper. But you can't beat the location to everything. We will stay again."

We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!"

"My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Blue Ridge, GA at the Magnolia Cottage. Everything on the listing as was as listed and it was perfect for 2 people. Warm days and cooler nights were just what we were wanting and being able to enjoy them at the Magnolia made for the perfect getaway. "This was likely the most well stocked and prepared short term rental we have ever stayed at. Quality of knifes, pots and pans, excess trash bags, dishwasher pods, storage containers.
