"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

"The owners were very friendly, and helped with everything we asked. The place is a bit old, and it's out in the countryside so there were flies, little spiders etc. So this is not a place for luxury. However the most important technology for us was quite modern (WiFi, TV, microwave...), and there were many nice extra things (toaster, space heater in case we were a bit cold, lots of space...)"

"Room is a little awkwardly shaped because of the ceiling i.e the bathroom door doesn’t open up all the way because of it. Large parking lot but if you leave and come back in the afternoon it may be hard to find a spot because everyone from the aqua city parks there. I would suggest a few designated spots for hotel guests. Every staff member was great, the restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good! "

"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "
