The hotel is centrally-located with a Mexican bar/restaurant right next door; both times we stayed there, we had no issues with outside noise. No air conditioning units, just a vertical fan. "32°C inside the room. Hotel provided two portable fans. Room with full window façade without external shutters, only internal curtains, thus sun heat gets in like a greenhouse effect.
