"We had some difficulty finding the apartment since GPS showed the location as the house to the left of the actually property. A picture in the listing to show the house from the road may help. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, enjoying the peaceful area, We visited Trier and Luxembourg which were a short drive away. Gisela was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to overcome the communications barrier with my limited German! Thank you"

"This property looks very newly renovated and care was taken to make it comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood above the main part of the city. It was definitely a grind to get up there on our bikes but would be fine in a car (and walkable if you’re ok with walking hills 😊) The host was easy to communicate with and it was easy to get into the unit as per his instructions. "We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property!
