The apartment is on a beautiful location & extremely clean. Wolfgang & Babette were very responsive & reachable at all times. We particularly loved the easy check-in & check- out procedures. "This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. "Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG hinten am Gebäude, wo sich der Parkplatz und die Mülltonnen befinden. Der Blick von der Veranda ist also nicht besonders ansprechend, aber ein schöner Strandkorb ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist furchtbar warm für den Sommer, die hauchdünnen Gardinen im Hinterzimmer spielen sowohl bei der Hitze als auch beim schlechten Schlaf eine Rolle. Beim nächsten Mal achte ich bei meiner Auswahl eben etwas mehr auf Komfort und modernere Einrichtung, und weniger auf die Lage....

"It was our first booking using VRBO. We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location--walking distance to Stralsund HBF, Grocery stores like Lidl, Aldi. The host was extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised. I would recommend this to anyone and we will be back. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and didn't want to go home."

"I'm Internet sind nur Fotos vom Haus Stoettebecker zu sehen. Von unserem Haus Gorsch Fock waren keine Fotos zu finden.Das finde nicht in Ordnung. Es war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es ist auf keinen Fall für Besucher mit Behinderung geeignet. Die Leiter in das obere Stockwerk hatte kein Geländer. Der Kühlschrank war nicht an. Im Winter mag das gehen aber im Sommer! Es gab keine Übergabe wo man hätte alles besprechen können."

"10/10 Es war perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Mariandl am Meer. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr begeistert. Unsere See alm L war wunderschön und großzügig geschnitten. Mit den Almtunnel ist man auch gut von Ort zu Ort gekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich. an der Bar gab es auch sehr leckere Getränke. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "
