"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"The only thing I can say here, is that when we arrived the unit was extremely cold. The heat on a couple units wasn't working. However, they responded to our concern right away and did their best to mitigate the issue. The next day, they brought in someone to have a look at the heating system, and even brought extra heaters. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils.
