There is one double bedroom with a shower and toilet on this level. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two separate toilets on this level.

The lower ground floor features a large playroom with satellite TV and international TV channels, accessible via a flat screen. This level also leads out to a terrace and has two separate toilets. Underfloor heating and wood heating are available throughout the chalet.
