OVERVIEW: Beautiful bi-level townhouse with three primary suites and a powder room in the main living area. Rehoboth Crossing community with a Pool & Fitness area. Each level has a fabulous deck or porch with spectacular sunset views. Tastefully decorated, including a primary queen suite with direct balcony access, twin beds in another bedroom on the top floor, and a queen bed on the lower level bedroom with sliding doors to the rear patio. The townhome also features an open floor plan with a dining, living room, breakfast nook, and a huge modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The screened-in porch by the kitchen also provides excellent sunset views and a comfortable table and chairs for memorable outside dining. We love having coffee for lazy mornings or before hitting the beach!
Private, large pool, fitness center, and clubhouse too.
LOCATION: East of Rt.1/Oceanside. Walk to Tanger Outlets, many restaurants and bars, and minutes from movies, golf, water parks, the fabulous Fractured Prune Donut shop (a must in Rehoboth!), and the beaches as close as an easy 5-minute ride. Private access to the Junction and Breakwater Trail, so if scenic biking or hiking is your thing, you can get to Rehoboth, Lewes, or the beaches and state parks and enjoy nature at your pace. Or take the bus which is just steps away, an excellent option for enjoying the nightlife!.
PARKING: A private driveway for two cars and overflow are available behind Outback.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great places
The house was nice and very clean. The only issue we had was with the parking pass for the pool. I was told the previous renter lost the parking pass, so we could not park at the pool during our stay. They should have had some temporary solution to this issue so we were not penalized for someone else’s mistake.

Property was nice. Exactly how it’s perceived in Vrbo listing. There was a little ant problem by the sliding glass door upstairs but nothing crazy. Only thing that really made this 4 stars and not five was the fact that there were no toiletries, hand/dish soap, and you had to buy a package for linens and towels. Other than this, stay was great!

beware of remax rentals
the home itself was lovely, which is why we came back a second year in a row. I do not want this published but I would like for the owners to know what is going on. we are being charged for a parking pass that was misplaced by remax after it was placed in their unsecured unlocked drop box behind their building. we are also being charged for damages to a stain on the bench in the upstairs bedroom that was there LAST year when we stayed in the same house. we took excellent care of the home as we did last year and returned everything as instructed and because they misplaced or someone stole the pass we are being charged. I literally took the parking pass out of the car, placed it in the envelope along with the 2 house keys and pool fob and placed it in the box. why am I being held responsible for it once it was out of my possession? also I have called and spoken with 3 people at remax and all said they would look into it and get back to me. no one has. I called today and left a message with a manager and am awaiting a call back from her. I feel the owners should know about the box, poor communication with remax as well as being charged for a stain that has been there for a year. what kind of cleaning people are they paying? I hope the stain gets taken care of and I hope they aren't just ripping people off somehow. TY

Location, location, location
The unit is just steps off busy Rte. 1, convenient in-and-out but not relaxing. Constant traffic, emergency vehicles, roaring air conditioners make the very nice balconies useless. The small community pool is similarly situated. The development sits next to a state park, so there must be nice, quiet units on the back side, but we wouldn't stay at this one again. It's two miles to the beach, too far to walk with chairs, etc. We had forgotten how hard it is to find parking in town, all of which is metered. The listing said there might be a parking pass in the unit. It would be better just to say there isn't one. We also really wonder what the cleaning fee covers. We had to run the dishwasher, put everything away, dump our own trash and recycling. It didn't feel like a vacation.

Beautiful home
It says that it’s remote check in, but it’s not. You must go to the Remax agency about 10 - 15 minutes away to pick the keys up.The cleaning service that they use is subpar at best. There were ants everywhere, including the beds. The maintenance staff was amazing. They showed up in 20 minutes to try and deal with the infestation.

we LOVED this place and LOCATION!!
The property is cute, clean, updated and in such a great location! Just a block from the bus route that goes to the beach - perfect for the teens to come and go as they pleased and walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Just a short 15 minute drive to Cape Henlopen State Park and really everything was so close! The A/C cooled the house wonderfully during the hot days. Loved the screened porch off of the main living area. It was spacious and comfortable and we loved it! Would definitely stay here again! So thankful we found this place! It was perfect!!

A lovely home in a convenient location
The home looks even better in person! This town house was clean, well furnished with attention and love to details, and it smelled good. We had a relaxing week, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the outlets. The clean pool with plenty of chairs and loungers was a favorite. Highly recommended!
