The two primary bedrooms and the bunk bedroom (or playroom) have their own 65-inch TVs for your viewing or gaming pleasure. The bedroom-level master has its own private rear balcony for quiet time or morning coffee. It also includes an office desk and chair for your business online needs. A bonus is the loft level, a multipurpose space for relaxing, playing, and sleeping. A sizable table for cards, games, or puzzles. An oversized, comfy couch with an 85" TV and full surround sound for your theater experience! It's great for a slumber party between the full-sized Murphy bed and couch. LOCATION: The location is incredible. It is approximately one mile from all the main fun in Rehoboth Beach. It is walkable and Bikeable, so you don't have to access Rt.1.

THINGS TO KNOW: The townhouse will accommodate 16 people (10 adults/6 children)..Linens are not provided. However, we do offer a renal package to guests. No pets or visiting pets. . Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
