Downtown Private Cottage - Great for Couples or Small Family

One of a kind cozy beach cottage two blocks from the beach and centrally located to Rehoboth avenue restaurants and shopping. The downstairs includes a nice open plan with dining room table, living room (with new pullout queen bed couch) and updated kitchen. Half bath on the first floor includes a new washer and dryer. Upstairs spacious loft with king sized bed and full bathroom with shower. Great for Couples or small families. 3 min walk to Rehoboth Ave & 7-10 min walk to boardwalk and beach.

We have recently begun allowing for responsible pet owners to bring their well behaved pets to stay with them.

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay with our family & dog and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The convenience to the beach and boardwalk was everything! Our dog loved sitting on the screened in porch and patrolling the street.

Everything you need
A great little house that’s close to everything. We parked the car when we arrived and then walked to the beach and everything else the rest of the weekend! Our dog loved being able to join for vacation; she loved the toys and treats. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location and place
We had a wonderful stay at the carriage house. It was very clean and in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could easily walk to the beach and to town. The front porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning. We would love to return and stay here again.

Comfy Cozy Cottage, a Few Blocks From Beach
We stayed a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I, plus our little rescue pup, Rosie. Spotlessly clean, many amenities and starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.). Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and serving bowls, as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap/baggies. The bed and pillows were super comfy and with plenty of blankets. Powder room with full washer and dryer on the first floor was very nice, plus a full bath with shower upstairs, including plenty of towels. This cottage doesn't look like a rental; very homey with tasteful decor and all the comforts of home. The host was prompt with communication and took extra care to make sure we were well informed. It's so very conveniently located that we didn't drive our car once we arrived! Walking 3 blocks, we were on the beach; with plenty of restaurants and shopping just steps away. We would love to stay here again during our Spring and Fall long weekends in Rehoboth Beach. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Very nice place and is pet friendly
We enjoyed ourselves during our stay and we even extended our stay by 1 day. Our dog Bentley had a great time as we got to stroll the neighborhood and board walk. Any issues were quickly resolved. We had a great time.

Love this place
A great little house with everything you’ll need for a perfect getaway. It’s on a peaceful street and a short walk from everything. It rained a few days during our stay and we had a good time hanging out in the house all day. Our small family and dog very much enjoyed our time here.
