All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This is a unit on the same lot as three other condos located in the same building and a cottage : 20485 Lincoln Street, Units 1, 3 & 4 and the cottage. They can be booked individually, or you can book all if you have an event that needs multiple accommodations

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Sea Witch weekend perfect !
This little gem had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and convenient to the beach. I was concerned that it would smell like animals/dog because it’s dog friendly, but it did not and we were very happy with the property !
